Andrew S. Klatskin is Of Counsel to CP2 and works out of the firm’s Denver office. His practice focuses on real estate and commercial transactions, real estate development, real estate leasing, common interest community development, and golf course and hospitality-based developments.

Mr. Klatskin has over 40 years of legal experience. He authored “The Condominium as a Development Project” in The Colorado Lawyer, November, 1982, and he wrote “Common Interest Communities” in Krendl, Colorado Methods of Practice, 5th Ed., Thomson/West 2007. He was admitted to the bar in Mississippi in 1973 and the Colorado bar in 1974. He received his B.S. from Ohio State University in 1969, his M.B.A. from Long Island State University in 1971, and his J.D. from the University of Mississippi in 1973.

Mr. Klatskin is a member of the Denver Bar Association; the Colorado Bar Association, for which he served on the Board of Governors, 1989-1990, and was Chair of the Real Estate Law Section from 1987-88; the Mississippi State Bar Association; the American Bar Association; The Colorado Bar Foundation. He has been recognized as a Colorado Super Lawyer from 2006 to the present and he has been a Fellow in the American College of Real Estate Lawyers since 1986.
