For the past thirty years, Mr. David Turner has focused his practice on estate planning and administration, conservatorships, guardianships, and closely held businesses.  He represents both individuals and corporate fiduciaries, including in contested, litigated matters.  Mr. Turner has appeared before District Courts throughout Colorado, as well as the Courts of other states.  He has testified as an expert witness.

Mr. Turner strives to listen to each of his clients, explain their legal options in plain language, and implement the most straightforward strategies possible to achieve their individual goals.  From simple matters to the most complex, this process has stood the test of time.

Mr. Turner is a member of the Colorado, Denver and Wyoming Bar Associations.  He is a member of the Denver Estate Planning Council.  A Colorado native, Mr. Turner has been skiing since he was six and is a ski instructor certified by the Professional Ski Instructors of America.  An avid technical rock climber and alpinist, he is a founding board member of the Flatirons Climbing Council, a 501(c)(3) non-profit, which advocates for climbers in the Open Space of Boulder, Colorado.
