John Seebohm brings thirty years of experience to his estate and business planning, estate administration and probate litigation practice.
During the past 15 years, Mr. Seebohm has primarily focused on estate and business planning for clients and probate of estates, while continuing to handle litigation of disputed estate and trust matters, including fiduciary litigation. The breadth of Mr. Seebohm’s experience enhances his planning, administration and litigation capabilities. Mr. Seebohm assists clients with carefully considered estate and business planning, including wills, trusts, powers of attorney, business formation and succession planning, as well as representing trustees and personal representatives in trust and estate administration.
If disputes arise involving fiduciaries or beneficiaries in trust and estate matters, or among business owners, Mr. Seebohm has the ability to arrive at agreements to avoid litigation when possible, and to effectively, aggressively represent clients in court when litigation is unavoidable.
Mr. Seebohm is admitted to practice in Colorado and California, and various federal courts including the District of Colorado and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. He is a member of the American, Colorado, California and Boulder County Bar Associations.
Mr. Seebohm and his wife are longtime residents of Boulder where they raised two children.
