Attorney Steven Mulligan focuses on helping his client succeed. He practices in the areas of business and commercial law advising clients in the areas of general business, construction, real estate, transactions, and bankruptcy and reorganization. Mr. Mulligan represents, businesses, business owners, sole proprietors, construction contractors, debtors, and creditors. He is well-versed in helping clients review and negotiate contracts, buy or sell companies and assets including through Bankruptcy Code Section 363 sales, form and govern business entities, plan for business succession, enforce creditors’ rights, and work through all aspects of bankruptcy proceedings. Mr. Mulligan also assists clients in receiverships, foreclosures, and commercial litigation.

Mr. Mulligan is admitted to practice before all courts in Colorado, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, U.S. Bankruptcy Appellate Panel for the Tenth Circuit, U.S. District Court of Colorado, and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado.

He received his undergraduate degree in English from the University of Colorado at Boulder and his juris doctorate degree from the University of Denver.

In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Mulligan is an accomplished lecturer, and, at one time, was actively involved in youth ice hockey asa board member and coach. He enjoys traveling, exploring Colorado through hiking and biking, birding, and documenting his travels and birding through photography.
