Mr. Bartlett is based out of the firm’s Fort Collins office, though he supports clients throughout Northern Colorado and in Denver as well.
Mr. Bartlett serves as a trusted advisor to clients in business and real estate and empowers them to maximize value, minimize risk or otherwise achieve their goals by providing a unique combination of business and legal expertise and the resources to handle any business or real estate related legal need. Additionally, Mr. Bartlett maintains an entertainment law practice, assisting music venues and festivals procuring and contracting with talent.
Mr. Bartlett received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration as well as his law degree from the University at Buffalo. During law school, Mr. Bartlett clerked for the Honorable Judge Edward C. Moss in Brighton, CO and was a member of the Buffalo Environmental Law Journal.
Before attending law school, Mr. Bartlett enjoyed a successful career in commercial banking, where he managed client relationships and a portfolio of commercial loans and assisted with strategic business planning, credit monitoring, portfolio management and risk mitigation.
In addition to his law practice, Mr. Bartlett takes great pride in serving his community. Presently, he is an adjunct professor at Colorado State University and sits on the Board of Directors for the Fort Collins Downtown Business Association.
