Coan, Payton & Payne, LLC is looking for an experienced attorney to join our real estate transactions team in our Fort Collins office. Candidates should have at least 3-5 years’ experience in real estate transactions and a passion for client service. We offer flexible billing requirements, group health, life and disability insurance benefits, paid parking as well as immediate qualification for our retirement plan and eligibility for matching contributions. Some portable business is favored but not required for this position. Compensation depends on experience and productivity and can range from $80K – $120K annually.
