CP2 Provides Comprehensive Legal Services for German Companies Doing Business in the United States

Coan, Payton & Payne, LLC, is uniquely positioned to provide comprehensive legal services to German companies and individuals who are doing business in the U.S.
Our German Desk is led by Paul Maricle who provides strategic business and legal services to small and medium-sized companies throughout the United States and abroad. He specializes in representing German companies seeking to establish corporate subsidiaries in the U.S. by offering them a full palate of services and practical “know how” for starting a business in America. Mr. Maricle speaks German fluently and his experience living, studying and working in Germany gives him great insight into what European clients expect when entering the U.S. marketplace. In 2015, Mr. Maricle was appointed Honorary Consul for Germany and serves in that capacity in Colorado and Wyoming.

Mr. Maricle also specializes in working with U.S. companies that are entering the international marketplace by advising them on import / export regulations, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act issues, product licensing, distributorships, and related international business issues. If our clients’ needs extend beyond these areas we collaborate with other leading law firms, marketing consultants, and accounting firms. Our goal is to give our clients the legal structure to do business efficiently and to advise our clients when they encounter obstacles to profitability.
Our billing rates are reasonable compared to many of our competitors at larger corporate law firms providing the same type of legal services.
