Our Intellectual Property Team Focuses on all Areas of Trademarks, Copyrights, Trade Secrets, Unfair Competition & Internet Law.

CP2 assists clients to identify, create, protect and enforce these intangible assets and maximize their return on investment of intellectual property. In addition, we counsel our clients on trade dress, product configuration, trade secret and copyright protection, as well as domain name strategies and dispute resolution.
