Attorney Michael Roley’s practice focuses on representing financial institutions, real estate investors, and various lenders in a range of lending, acquisition, and leasing matters and transactions. He also assists in the enforcement of creditor’s rights for both financial institutions and private parties.
Mr. Roley began his legal career at a firm in Cheyenne, Wyoming where he practiced in the areas of civil litigation, real estate transactions, natural resources, creditor’s rights enforcement, and estate planning. He has argued before the Wyoming Supreme Court and represented clients in multiple state courts throughout Wyoming and Colorado, as well as in contested case proceedings before administrative bodies in Wyoming.
He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Colorado State University and a JD from the University of Wyoming with honors. While in law school, he participated in the UW Legal Services Clinic as a student attorney and the school’s Business Law and Entrepreneurship Practicum. Additionally, Mr. Roley was a legal research assistant for Professor George Moscary where he had the opportunity to assist in the drafting and preparation of an amicus brief submitted to the United States Supreme Court.
A native of Colorado, Mr. Roley enjoys spending his leisure time exploring the beautiful Colorado scenery, attending CSU Rams sporting events, settling down with a good book, traveling, and spending time with his family, girlfriend Hunter, and the corgis, Gertie and Elsie.
