CP2 team members choose from a number of health and medical benefits designed to make healthy living easier for themselves and their families.
Medical, Dental and Vision
We offer three medical plans all administered by Kaiser Permanente. Each provides comprehensive medical and prescription drug coverage. We also offer a dental plan through Delta Dental and a vision plan through Vision Service Plan (VSP).
Health Savings Account
Our team members have the ability to open a Health Savings Account (HSA) if they are enrolled in the High Deductible Health Choice Medical Plan. This allows team members to open a savings account for eligible out-of-pocket expense and to save for the future with a tax benefit.

CP2 conducts periodic salary analysis to assure its compensation models remain competitive for both attorney and non-attorney employees. We offer incentive compensation for attorneys and senior staff for exceeding set goals.
Our self-directed SIMPLE IRA plan offers each employee the ability to save for the future and CP2 provides an attractive matching contribution. Employees are eligible for participation in CP2’s SIMPLE IRA plan on their first day of employment.
CP2 helps plan for the unexpected. We provide basic life and accident insurance as well as short and long-term disability. CP2 also partners with AFLAC to offer voluntary supplemental insurance.

Personal Time Off
CP2 has a generous paid time off program for its non-attorney team members. Our attorneys set their own schedule and, provided they are meeting performance goals, are welcome to select their time out of the office at their discretion.
