Jillian joins the Coan, Payton & Payne, LLC team as a Real Estate Paralegal. Jillian’s career has followed a unique and valuable path that ultimately led her to the real estate field, where she has truly found her passion. She began her professional journey as a Pharmacy Technician before spending several years at home raising her children. When she returned to the workforce, she entered real estate as a Realtor and soon discovered a strong interest in the legal side of the industry.
Motivated by that interest, Jillian pursued hands-on training in real estate law, where she developed a deep appreciation for the detailed and rewarding nature of paralegal work. She has since continued to grow her expertise and skill set, ultimately leading her to join our team.
