 What we are looking for:

We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to support our attorneys in delivering high-quality legal services. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll play a key role in client communication, case/project coordination, and to help ensure work is accurate, organized, and completed on time.

Responsibilities

• Draft, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy
• Manage complex documents, including edits, comparisons, and version control
• Coordinate and maintain attorney calendars, deadlines, and key filings
• File documents with state and county systems
• Communicate professionally with clients and external parties
• Organize and maintain electronic files within document management system
• Support attorneys with administrative and project coordination tasks as needed

Qualifications

Required

• 7+ years of experience in a law firm environment (paralegal or advanced legal assistant experience)
• Strong Microsoft Word skills, including formatting and working with complex documents
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
• Professional, responsive approach to working with clients and team members

Preferred

• Paralegal certificate or bachelor’s degree
• Experience with document management systems (e.g., NetDocuments or similar)
• Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat Pro and DocuSign
• Experience with e-filing systems and government filings

The pay range for this position is $72,000 – $79,000.

This range represents CP2’s good faith estimate of likely compensation at the time of posting. Actual pay will be dependent upon a number of factors, including the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills and may fall outside of the range indicated.
