For over thirty years, Mr. David Turner focused his practice on estate planning and administration, conservatorships, guardianships, and closely held businesses and represented both individuals and corporate fiduciaries, including in contested, litigated matters.

Mr. Turner was a member of the Colorado, Denver and Wyoming Bar Associations and a member of the Denver Estate Planning Council.  As a Colorado native, Mr. Turner had been skiing since he was six and was a ski instructor certified by the Professional Ski Instructors of America.  He was an avid technical rock climber and alpinist, he was a founding board member of the Flatirons Climbing Council, a 501(c)(3) non-profit, which advocates for climbers in the Open Space of Boulder, Colorado.

Mr. Turner passed away in January ’23.
