Jeff Logue’s practice focuses on litigation involving business and corporate disputes, commercial matters, creditors’ rights, collections and probate.  He is licensed in Colorado and Wyoming and has represented clients before Colorado state and federal courts, the Colorado Court of Appeals, and Wyoming state courts.

Before joining the firm, Mr. Logue operated his own practice concentrating on collections litigation and creditors’ rights defense. His background includes broad experience in both civil and criminal litigation, serving as plaintiff’s counsel, prosecutor, and defense attorney. He has also advised clients on a range of civil matters, including probate and estate planning, contract disputes, landlord-tenant issues, and legal document preparation.

Mr. Logue earned his undergraduate degree from Middle Tennessee State University and a master’s in Sports Administration from the University of Kentucky. Prior to law school at the University of Denver’s Sturm College of Law, he helped manage a Harlem-style show basketball team.

Mr. Logue believes in practicing law with professionalism and respect, even amid legal conflict, and values building relationships through integrity and mutual respect.

Outside the office, Jeff enjoys time with his wife and daughter, socializing with friends, golfing, and following sports—especially the Tennessee Titans, Kentucky Wildcats, Colorado State basketball, and the Greeley Stampede, where he is a season ticket holder.
