Mr. Madden has significant experience with complex real estate and construction litigation. He was an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the District of Colorado, serving in the major trials sections, trying over 35 cases. He was also a named partner in the Denver law firm of Brownstein Hyatt Farber & Madden for 18 years and served as Regional Director for the Federal Trade Commission’s Denver office.
