The Technology legal practice provides full-service representation to the fast-growing technology sector as well as technology controls support for business clients concerned about the impact of technology on business operations.
Specifically, CP2’s technology team assists clients with IT regulatory compliance, technology-focused agreements, all issues pertaining to finance and tax implications of technology, licensing and intellectual property, IT auditing, related litigation, and information risk management
Our technology team includes attorneys not only versed in the law but also certified as information systems security professionals, giving us expertise in both the legal and technical details needed to provide comprehensive legal technology services. CP2 also helps formulate presentations on organizational governance, privacy and security issues, and other IT initiatives for boards of directors and senior management.
