Coan, Payton & Payne, LLC Promotes Amanda Huston, Steven Mulligan, and John Seebohm to Partners

Coan, Payton & Payne, LLC is pleased to announce that Amanda Huston, Steven Mulligan, and John Seebohm have been promoted to Partners of the firm.

Amanda Huston’s legal practice focuses on corporate and real estate matters including: purchase and sale transactions; business organization; land planning and development; and commercial loan transactions. Ms. Huston graduated Order of the Coif from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2016, earning a certificate in corporate and commercial law. Ms. Huston has many professional affiliations including: The Larimer County Bar Association, Young Lawyers Division, Fort Collins Downtown Development Authority, CREW, Colorado and Denver Bar Associations.

John Seebohm’s legal practice focuses on estate and business planning, estate administration and probate litigation. If disputes arise involving fiduciaries or beneficiaries in trust and estate matters, or among business owners, Mr. Seebohm has the ability to arrive at agreements to avoid litigation when possible, and to effectively, aggressively represent clients in court when litigation is unavoidable. Mr. Seebohm is admitted to practice in Colorado and California, and various federal courts including the District of Colorado and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit.  He is a member of the American, Colorado, California and Boulder County Bar Associations.

Steve Mulligan’s practice focuses on business and commercial law, construction law, and bankruptcy and reorganization. Mr. Mulligan represents debtors, creditors, construction contractors, businesses, business owners and sole proprietors Mr. Mulligan also assists clients in receiverships, foreclosures, insolvency, and commercial litigation. Mr. Mulligan is admitted to practice before all courts in Colorado, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, U.S. Bankruptcy Appellate Panel for the Tenth Circuit, U.S. District Court of Colorado, and the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Colorado. Mr. Mulligan has many professional Affiliations including: American Bankruptcy Institute, Colorado and Denver Bar Associations, Standing Local Bankruptcy Rules Revision Committee, and International Association of Privacy Professionals.
