CP2 is pleased to announce R. Clay Bartlett, Esq. has been promoted to Senior Associates while Sandy Hartman is now a Senior Paralegal.

Mr. Bartlett’s legal practice focuses on all aspects of business and real estate transactions as well as entertainment law matters. He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and his law degree from the University at Buffalo. Before becoming an attorney, he enjoyed a successful career in commercial banking at M&T Bank in New York. He presently serves on the Board of Directors of B.A.S.E. Camp in Fort Collins and is a member of the Steering Committee of Generation United serving Larimer County and is an active member of the Rotary Club of Fort Collins. He also teaches a real estate law class at Colorado State University’s School of Business in Fort Collins as an adjunct professor. Mr. Bartlett’s office is located in the firm’s Fort Collins office, though he serves clients throughout Northern Colorado.

 

As Senior Paralegal, Ms. Hartman works alongside and assists Founding Partner, Brett Payton  in the firm’s Greeley office. Her practice focuses primarily on civil litigation. She is a native of Richmond, Virginia, and has spent her entire career in the role of legal assistant and paralegal. For 16 years she acted as assistant to several Judicial Hearing Officers at the Virginia Workers’ Compensation Commission. Ms. Hartman has been working in Colorado as a paralegal for 8 years specializing in criminal and civil litigation.
