Colorado Bank Attorney Michael C. Payne Participates in a Special Assets Panel Discussion

PRESENTED BY THE NORTHERN COLORADO CHAPTER OF THE RISK MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION

On November 6, 2014, Colorado bank attorney Michael C. Payne will participate on a special assets panel discussion sponsored by the Risk Management Association. The Panel will discuss “Scary Lending Stories.” Other panelists include members of the local banking communities including representatives from Home State Bank, Community Banks of Colorado as well as First National Bank. The event will begin at 3:30PM and last until 5:00PM with a cost of $30.00 per attendee and will take place at the Ptarmigan County Club, 5416 Vardon Way, Fort Collins, CO 80528. Mr. Payne’s practice focuses on the representation of financial institutions, private lenders, businesses and individuals in complex commercial real estate and business litigation and transactions. Specifically, Mr. Payne assists his clients with the establishment, explanation and enforcement of creditors’ rights in the areas of: Agricultural, Asset-based, Commercial and Real Estate Lending; Bankruptcy; Acquisition and Disposition of Distressed Investments; Foreclosure; and Fiduciary and Lender Liability Litigation.
