Congratulaions to R. Clay Bartlett on his appointment as a member to B.A.S.E. Camp’s Board of Directors.
B.A.S.E. Camp is a non-profit organization which provides before and after school enrichment. Among other things, the organization provides help with homework, snacks, arts & crafts, sports, science and music activities.
Mr. Bartlett received his law degree from the University at Buffalo Law School, where he also received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Mr. Bartlett’s practice at CP2 focuses on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, entity formation and capitalization; employment law, and the legal needs of financial institutions including loan structure and documentation.
