Coan, Payton & Payne, LLC, is pleased to announce attorney Walter A. Winslow has been appointed as a board member to the Childsafe Fort Collins chapter, a non-profit organization that provides sexual abuse treatment to children and their families.
Mr. Winslow was also appointed Chair of the Government and Regulatory Affairs Committee of the NoCo Home Builders Association and became a member of the Government and Regulatory Affairs Committee for the Colorado Home Builders Association.
Mr. Winslow’s practice focuses on complex business and real estate transactions, mergers and acquisitions, business formation, owner agreements and covenants, commercial and residential leases, liens and foreclosures, construction law and related litigation.
