Greeley, CO – William F. Garcia, partner at Coan, Payton & Payne, LLC spoke before the Colorado County Treasurers’ Association and the Public Trustee Association of Colorado on Tuesday, June 23, 2020.
Garcia, a real estate and business attorney, presented “Treasurer’s Deeds: The Quiet Title Process and your Involvement” to the Association. This is his second presentation before this organization. “I am honored to provide this educational opportunity to the County Treasurers, Public Trustees and their staff.” Garcia stated.
The Colorado County Treasurers’ Association and the Public Trustee Association of Colorado were created for the purposes of furthering the education of the members and their staffs; to promote professionalism of the members; to assist in improving members’ office efficiencies; and to provide for the exchange of information and ideas.
