Ms. Sanderson is a Senior Estate Administration Paralegal in the firm’s Denver Office. She brings twenty-nine years of experience as estate administration paralegal to James P. Stouffer. She also works alongside the rest of the firm’s estate planning and administration team, supporting attorneys Richard M. Hess, Jr., John M. Seebohm and David A. Turner. Ms. Sanderson assists attorneys and clients with the estate and trust administration process. Ms. Sanderson’s responsibilities include meeting with attorneys, clients and family members to assist in various estate-related tasks, determining ownership and valuation of assets, preparation and filing of probate proceedings, preparation of accounting, preparation and implementation of distribution documents and preparation and filing of federal estate tax returns.
Ms. Sanderson has an Associate of Applied Science degree, with emphasis on legal, from Red Rocks Community College. Upon graduation from Red Rocks, she was promoted from legal assistant to paralegal for attorney James P. Stouffer and has been working with him ever since.
During her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Johnny, their children and grandchildren, two dogs, Doc and Molly, and kitty, Leo.
