Ms. Rawlings is the firm’s HR Specialist and brings many years of human resource and legal experience to CP2. Ms. Rawlings received her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration with an emphasis on Business Management from the University of Colorado. Ms. Rawlings is also a SHRM Certified Professional. Prior to joining CP2, Ms. Rawlings was office manager of a Denver law firm and was responsible for all HR functions of the firm. Currently, she supports CP2 with new employee onboarding, HR administration and recruitment. Ms. Rawlings serves as a resource for all legal and support staff at the firm. She enjoys contributing to the success of the team and expanding her knowledge in all things HR related.
