Mr. Woldu is based out of the firm’s Fort Collins office, though he provides support to clients throughout Colorado.
Mr. Woldu’s practice primarily focuses on business and real estate matters, supporting clients with transactions and business entity needs. He assists clients with business and real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financing transactions, advises on leasing commercial and residential real estate, and works with clients on the formation, governance, and restructuring of business entities, with a particular emphasis on closely held companies. He regularly works with business owners, investors, and property owners on the legal structuring, documentation, and implementation of their business and real estate matters, allowing them to remain focused on the operation and growth of their businesses.
Mr. Woldu grew up in Denver, Colorado and received his undergraduate degrees in Political Science and Sociology from Colorado State University. He then earned his Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Denver—Sturm College of Law. While in law school, he served as a staff editor for “Race to the Bottom,” a student-faculty blog that discusses trends and case law updates on corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, cryptocurrency, and securities law. Concurrently with his J.D., he received his Master of Laws in International and European Business Law from Universidad Pontificia Comillas in Madrid, Spain.
Outside of his legal practice, Mr. Woldu enjoys traveling, staying active through sports, and spending quality time with family and friends.
