- Drafting disclosure memoranda, offerings, and subscription documents
- Managing and filing notice and related compliance at the federal and state level
- Providing general advice concerning the resale of restricted securities and related compliance issues
- Advising on ongoing Know Your Customer and Anti-Money Laundering duties
Mark also provides legal advice and negotiates the purchase of interests in venture capital and private equity funds by institutional investors, businesses, and individuals.

Mark has worked at Am Law 200 and local law firms. Mark also served on active duty in the United States Army as a Russian linguist in active operations. Mark is an avid tennis player, snowboarder, reader, concertgoer, and road bicyclist.
