Marijuana Smokers need not apply in Colorado

In Colorado, you can now be legally terminated for smoking medical or recreational marijuana off the clock and after business hours. The Supreme Court of Colorado has upheld the termination by Dish Network, of a quadriplegic employee for using medical marijuana as licensed and prescribed off the clock and outside employer’s place of business.
